This is a sweet story I got in my mailbox. Putting it here for everyone to read.
A lot of truth in those sentences at the end of the story. Be sure and read them slowly........God works in mysterious ways, doesn't He?
Isn't it amazing how God works in our lives! On a Saturday night several weeks ago, this pastor was working late, and decided to call his wife before he left for home. It was about 10:00 PM, but his wife didn't answer the phone. The pastor let the phone ring many times. He thought it was odd that she didn't answer, but decided to wrap up a few things and try again in a few minutes. When he tried again she answered right away. He asked her why she hadn't answered before, and she said that it hadn't rung at their house. They brushed it off as a fluke and went on their merry ways.
The following Monday, the pastor received a call at the church office, which was the phone that he'd used that Saturday night. The man that he spoke with wanted to know why he'd called on Saturday night. The pastor couldn't figure out what the man was talking about. Then the man said, "It rang and rang, but I didn't answer."
The pastor remembered the mishap and apologized for disturbing him, explaining that he'd intended to call his wife. The man said, "That's, OK. Let me tell you my story. You see, I was planning to commit suicide on Saturday night, but before I did, I prayed, 'God if you're there, and you don't want me to do this, give me a sign now.' At that point my phone started to ring. I looked at the caller ID, and it said, 'Almighty God'. I was afraid to answer!"The reason why it showed on the man's caller ID that the call came from "Almighty God" is because the church that the pastor attends is called Almighty God Tabernacle!!
READ EACH SENTENCE SLOWLY AND THINK ABOUT IT.
Don't cry over anyone who won't cry over you.
Good friends are hard to find, harder to leave, and impossible to forget.
Don't let the past hold you back, you're missing the good stuff.BEST FRIENDS are the siblings God forgot to give us.
When it hurts to look back, and you're scared to look ahead, you can look beside you and your BEST FRIEND will be there.

"Be a Lake"
The old Master instructed the unhappy young man to put a handful of salt in a glass of water and then to drink it. "How does it taste?" the Master asked. "Awful," spat the apprentice. The Master chuckled and then asked the young man to take another handful of salt and put it in the lake. The two walked in silence to the nearby lake and when the apprentice swirled his handful of salt into the lake, the old man said, "Now drink from the lake."As the water dripped down the young man's chin, the Master asked, "How does it taste?" "Good!" remarked the apprentice. "Do you taste the salt?" asked the Master. "No," said the young man.
The Master sat beside this troubled young man, took his hands, and said, "The pain of life is pure salt; no more, no less. The amount of pain in life remains the same, exactly the same. But the amount we taste the 'pain' depends on the container we put it into. So when you are in pain, the only thing you can do is to enlarge your sense of things ..... Stop being a glass. Become a lake!"

Joined GB
Yet again, it's been a long long time, since I came over here and had a go at the blog.
Anyways, here I am.
Sunday, May 15 (I think) it is.
Let me rewind myself for some time, and think of what all I've done in last month. I went to Bangalore, took up Intel. Went back to Delhi, refused Maruti. Then, came to Mumbai-Bangalore-Trivandrum. Met DK et al, and Chadha in Mumbai. Glorious as ever. Then went off to Bangalore, where couldn't meet many people. 294 inmates were back to home, and I was wondering what I was doing there for 2 days. Tried getting onto Tarun as well, but as usual, hard luck. Met Deepika just before leaving the place.
Then came Trivandrum. Day 0, and I am on work. The work is awesome. Interesting. With responsibilities. Only Concern being, I've gotta stay here alone. Let's see how things shape up in the days to come.
So, people are nice here. I try and spend as much time as possible around them.
Back to the day at present. We are diversifying. Getting into a turnaround project. Would be interesting, but will surely ask for a lot of effort. M ready for everything, as long as it keeps me busy.

Confused @#(^$*%
More than 2 months going down the drain, yet again..
And this time was happening in ways more than one. Maruti & GB coming my way; and what all didn't, I wudn't like to boast of.
Then came the convocation, which was with the trip of Bangalore-Mysore-Ooty-Calicut.
And I go over to Bangalore to spend yet another week. And then, crushed.
Back to Delhi, and had PDC. Met Deepak. Same as ever.
Roaming around now; still unable to decide what I oughta do. As usual, helllllppppppp!!!!!!!......

Girl-y Crap
1. When a girl says she's sad, but she isn't crying, it means she's crying in her heart.
2. When she ignores you after you've done something wrong, it's best to give her some time to cool down before touching her heart with an apology.
3. A girl can't find anything to hate about the guy she loves (which is why it is so hard for her to 'get over him' after the relationship's over.)
4. If a girl loves a guy, he will always be on her mind every minute of the day, even though she flirts with other guys.
5. When the guy she likes smiles and stares deep into her eyes, she will melt.
6. A girl likes to hear compliments, but usually not sure how to react to them.
7. When a particular guy flirts with a girl very often, a girl would start thinking the guy likes her. So if you treat a girl just as a friend, go easy on the smiles and stare ok?
8. If you don't like a girl who likes you, break it to her gently.
9. If a girl starts avoiding you after you reject her, leave her alone for a while. If you still treat her as a friend, talk to her.
10. Girls enjoy talking about what they feel. Music, poetry, drawings and writing are ways of expressing themselves (which explains why most girls like writing journals).
11. Never tell a girl that she is useless in anyway.
12. Being too serious can turn a girl off.
13. When the guy she likes calls her for the first time, the girl may act uninterested during the call. But as soon as the phone is back on the hook, she will whoop with joy and immediately start telephoning her friends to spread the news.
14. A smile means a lot to a girl.
15. If you like a girl, try making friends with her first. Let her get to know you.
16. If a girl says she can't go out with you because she has to study, leave.
17. But if she still calls you or expect a call from you, stay.
18. Don't try to guess a girl's feelings. Ask her.
19. Hearing the words "I love you" is a great reassurance to a girl that she is beautiful.
20. After a girl falls in love with a guy, she'll wonder why she never noticed him before.
21. If you need tips on how to flirt with a girl, read romance stories.
22. When class pictures come out, a girl would first check who is standing next to her crush before actually looking at herself.
23. A girl's ex-crush will always be in her memory, but the guy she loves now stays in her heart.
24. Girls love having fun!
25. A simple 'Hi' can brighten a girl's day.
26. A girl's best friends usually know best what she is feeling and going through.
27. Girls hate it when a guy pays attention to them just to get close to their 'prettier' friend.
28. Love means devotion, caring and happiness to a girl, in that order.
29. Some girls care about looks, some care about brains, but ALL girls want a guy who will love and care for them.
30. Girls want nothing more than to feel loved.
31. Girls always hope that they can always remain as friend with their ex. But never know how !

Change..
20 days is a long-long time, which makes quite a few things change drastically. Getting helluva busy now-a-days, with all these ppts coming into foray. Moreover, all the projects' submissions are just around the corner as well, which makes me think whether I should continue with what all tension I have been accumulating all these days ! Just to talk of it, I guess there's one mistake I did. Wasn't a mistake actually, but eventually led to be one. Reality is not what it really seems to be, and it would be illogical to say that anyone could be right all the time. Rightly it is said that you can fool all the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can't fool all the people all the time. The point in question is, whether I am the one who has been making the fool, or was I the one who was being made one. Still gotta think who is the protagonist of this theme.
